You get an empty box, build it out as you please. Zoning doesn’t allow them to be dwellings.
Being an Architect in metro Detroit, and a bit of a gear head, I’d love to design one. I did an airplane hangar similar to this several years ago.

The m1 concourse is ten minutes from my house, I really hope they have a lot of public events since I can’t afford a $100k garage but would still like to hang out.
